Source: press release HORWIN Europe | NEWSFLASH | The new E-scooter HORWIN EK3, which will be launched on the European market at the end of July 2020, is not just an eye catcher. The elegant light motorcycle (L3e class) drives up to 95 km/h and is equipped with numerous technical refinements.
This includes, for example, a new type of keyless go system, which is modeled on smartphone handling: If you have the vehicle key with you, just swipe your finger over the cockpit display and the EK3 switches to standby mode and is ready to start.
“The HORWIN EK3 is the ideal cost-saving companion for everyday life and will beautify this summer for its owners,” says Hanspeter Heinzl, head of HORWIN Europe. In addition to the EK3, there will be an EK3 Deluxe equipment variant.
EK3: LED headlights, cruise control, helmet storage compartment under the seat as well as a battery-, FOC energy- and CBS brake-management system. With an optional second battery, the range is doubled up to 200 km (at a speed of 45 km/h). Colors: white, red, gray mat, black mat.
EK3 Deluxe: additional brown leather seat, mats for feet, chrome-plated rear view mirror, metallic paint. Colors: gray, dark blue.
Introductory offer: The first 500 pieces of EK3 will be offered in Europe for only € 4,290 instead of the regular € 4,490. The EK Deluxe costs € 4,690 from the start (recommended retail prices including VAT).
