Following the filing for judicial liquidation, the Court of Modena has issued a ruling formally confirming the procedure and initiating the company’s sale process.
The next steps involve taking inventory of all company assets, which will be followed by a competitive sale through a public tender (essentially an auction) according to the rules of the Crisis Code. The sale will likely be conducted as a single lot. The intention is for the sale to be finalized by January or February 2025.
