Vmoto invited THE PACK to attend their ProDay 2024 and international press conference (17-18 July), a special occasion for international dealers, journalists, and guests at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli in Italy.
Guy Salens – THE PACK: “I had no idea what to expect from this event. I assumed it would be a large spectacle for all the Italian fans of superbike racing to watch Jorge Lorenzo and other “veteran” Italian motorlegends race on the Misano track in a friendly manner. However, it turned out to be an invite-only affair, with a gathering of Italian race legends, various European Vmoto representatives and guests. It was an honor to attend (thanks for the invitation) and meet the champions in person, but unfortunately, due to the intense focus on racing activities, the electric aspect was pushed to the sidelines.”
ProDay 17-18 July 2024
ProDay 2024 was a highly exclusive event where well-known Italian champions, customers, partners, and friends came together to share their love for two-wheeled vehicles. For Vmoto, as the main sponsor, ProDay was an opportunity to exhibit their diverse range of electric products.

In conversations with CEO Bart van Raak and Technical Director Rob Schouten, we discussed their visions and strategies for capturing the Benelux market. It’s no surprise that Vmoto has a particular interest in expanding their presence in the B2B market through their Vmoto Fleet range.”
“Sadly, I did not see Stash among the line-up at the Misano Circuit. Vmoto’s electric motorbike, designed by Adrian Morton of C-Creative and announced in 2021, was notably absent from the presentation. It would have been a great opportunity to see it in person, even if it wasn’t quite ready for the global market yet. I hope the Stash will soon to become part of the growing market for 11kW electric motorbikes, a category that caters to commuters looking for both affordability and style. While numerous brands are already competing in this arena, I hope the Stash will be joining the ranks in the future.”
We were all surprised by Emilio Zamora’s skills as Ducati’s official stunt rider, performing tricks on Vmoto’s 100% electric TC and CITI. And to add to the excitement, Dario Marchetti (Technical Director of Ducati DRE Racetrack Academy) and Vmoto’s World Brand Ambassador has taken a lucky few participants on an adrenaline-fueled ride on his two-seater Ducati during this day. And on top on that, you could beat the legends in the 100% electrifying challenge of the CITI Ability Test!
New battery technology unveiled
In one of the press rooms at the Misano Circuit, Vmoto showcased their latest battery prototype with Ambassadors Jorge Lozano and Dario Marchetti. The new range of batteries boasted a significantly reduced charging time of only 30 minutes compared to the previous 3 hours. More info will be published in a new article at THE PACK.
Vmoto – one brand
In recent months, Vmoto Group made the decision to consolidate all of its operational areas – including R&D, production, and marketing – under one unified brand. Going forward, both e-motorcycles and e-scooters from this manufacturer will bear the Vmoto brand, with the exception of B2B vehicles which will continue to use the Vmoto Fleet branding (link). This strategic choice was driven by the desire for a strong and cohesive identity in the market, allowing for clear and direct communication with end consumers. As a result, Vmoto Group will no longer use the E-Max and Super Soco brands to promote its products.
