Born in 1963 and raised between the rushing and smoking engines in the high days of the ‘Motocross der Azen’ in my hometown of Sint Anthonis (The Netherlands). In my early days heavily passionated by motorcycles. I left my parents behind in major concerns when I got my A driver’s license. With falling and rising and a lot of luck I survived my young years. Made a lot of beautiful travel tours with the motorcycle. And continued to riding a motorcycle when a house, the children and a bunch of animals appeared.
Over the years I have been writing for various motorcycle websites and made a lot of reviews about ICE motorcycles. From my personal interest, I have increasingly focussed on the energy transition and the associated E- (motorcycle) transport. Although most of my mainstream motorcycle media colleagues were against it, I continued writing about electric motorcycles all over the years. I have gained a lot of experience on many different electric motorcycles over the past 10 years. The interest and knowledge has grown constantly and the new developments in this area are just keeping me busy.
There are beautiful years to come … it’s time!
