Philippe ARESTEN, engineer, one of the pioneers in the world of Electric motorcycles has extensive experience in the world of motorcycle industry (In the recent past, he designed industrialized and produced motorcycles for YAMAHA JAPAN!).
After this long experience in the world of motorcycles with ice engines, he decided in 2007 to invest in the technology of electric powertrain before creating ELECTRIC MOTION in 2010. With a proven expertise in the world of trial motorcycles, he is challenged to reconcile the “off road bikes” with the environment.
An advanced technology, already more than 1000 units produced in its factory in Castries (France), the company is aimed at riders of all types, from competition (the motorcycle has been champion of France against motorcycles with ice engines) to leisure (it is possible to ride more than 4 hours). Small, compact, lightweight with many innovations, the range is expanding with the start of production of a model called Etrek, the first trail for mixed use. (multipurpose motorcycle)
This new model for urban use is a smart proposition and an alternative to heavy and bulky scooters (with a very limited use). Prices for ELECTRIC MOTION models are similar to prices for equivalent models with ice engines.
