Droog Moto just wrapped up their latest E-Machine: the DM-017 V2 E-Fighter. Utilizing a new 2020 Zero DS, Droog Moto added this beast to their built to order series. Taking high end performance and hand crafted style they built a toughest e-machine to hit the streets! (They still offer their DM-016 as well which is around the Zero FX or FXS).
The team started with taking off all the unneeded essentials and has worked out a new body design. Being that the bike is electric and the build style is a more futuristic sci-fi vibe, they knew they could turn this machine into something rad.
The new faux tank holds the speedo and a bulk of electronics and wiring that run throughout the bike. The tank was formed to flow up and over the main frame looking like a piece of armor. They fitted their aluminum solid wheel setup to the bike and wrapped them in a set of Bridgestone AX41 tires.
The front of the bike has been equipped with the specific Droog Moto signature distressed tracker plate and slit cut driving light. The V2 E-Fighter was then setup with an auxiliary light bar just behind the lower triple tree providing additional light.
New 1 1/8 fat bars and LED bar end signals were added to the Fighter as well. The team designed a new enclosed subframe and seat giving the rider a comfortable yet aggressive riding posture.
Each build is tailor-made to fit the client’s specs. From suspension setup to seat height, all machines are built for their personal fit making each one unique to its owner.
