We mentioned this brand last year (March 2019), located in the Valencian town of Sollana, in the region of Ribera Alta.

The Valencian brand Ghatto has now obtained a favourable registration as vehicle manufacturers, a mandatory and prior step for the commercialisation of its models, “For us, because of what it means and because of the steps we are taking, it is a reason to celebrate and to continue the path marked” affirms José Campillo CEO of Ghatto.

With obtaining this registration, Ghatto is seriously considering a pre-reservation option. The company has received many requests for information, and a very significant number are firm reservation requests.

“The electric scooter has been well received so far” comments Daniel Javaloyas, Financial and Commercial Director. “This made us decide to create a digital environment which accompanies the user throughout the process, making the reservation the same as the purchase. And the fact is that one of the options that the purchase process will incorporate will be to attend the factory, collaborate with the final manufacturing process and discover a city full of charm.”

At an industrial level, the company is facing a stage of redesigning bodywork elements and their implementation at the production level “It is about redesigning small details after testing and analyzing the latest prototype, which make driving the pilot and passenger more comfortable, as well as to improve its efficiency”. All this, as José Soriano CTO points out, “under homologation criteria and guaranteeing the repeatability of the process”.
