GreenMo Group (The Netherlands), a member company of Rabo Corporate Investments, continues its rapid international growth path and immediately takes over all shares of zZoomer (Belgium), thereby extending its 24-hour service network to Paris.
zZoomer started in 2017 as a full-service rental company for electric delivery vehicles for the Belgian and Northern French meal delivery market – in particular takeaway.com’s partner for the Belgian market – and has gained a leading position through its reliable service from two service hubs near Antwerp and Brussels.
Ambition to become market leader in Europe
Despite the turbulent market conditions, GreenMo Group persevered with the acquisition. From these hubs, we provide all our customers with optimal service. The acquisition of zZoomer will further accelerate this strategy.
zZoomer’s managing director Mr. Donné will remain on board to accelerate further growth in Belgium and France. Who is GreenMo?
