Author: Paddy Lectric from SteckerBiker.de | The Ichiban will be celebrating its premiere at Reload Land in Berlin: a 45 kW Akira-style electric motorcycle with a 250 km range and “Godzilla Mode” for brutal power.

On June 7 and 8, 2025, Berlin will be the center for the electric two-wheel community. The Reload Land festival, hosted at the Napoleon Complex in Berlin-Friedrichshain, will showcase the most innovative concepts in electric mobility, featuring the Ichiban electric motorcycle, a bike that is both controversial and motivational within the scene.
At first sight, it’s evident that this motorcycle goes beyond being merely electric. It pays tribute to Japanese pop culture, especially the cult anime Akira, whose famous design was the muse. Simultaneously, it embodies a futuristic simplicity, aligning with the Japanese Kanso principle: clean, functional, stripped to the essentials, yet still exciting.
Under the leadership of award-winning industrial designer Ivan Zhurba, the team blends a variety of skills with a collective enthusiasm for innovation, placing them in a unique position to transform the motorcycling industry.

Powerful performance – completely silent
The Ichiban is equipped with a 45-kilowatt dual motor, allowing it to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. With a range reaching up to 250 kilometers and a fast-charging feature that charges the battery to 70 percent in only 30 minutes, it showcases the remarkable capabilities of modern electric technology.
Additionally, there’s an option called “Godzilla Mode.” When engaged, this mode delivers maximum torque for ten seconds, resulting in a brief yet powerful ride that’s electric, brutal, and entirely emission-free.

A true statement on two wheels
Beyond its outstanding performance, the Ichiban dazzles with features like a digital cockpit, integrated LED lighting, traction control, ABS, and a keyless entry system. It’s all packaged in a design that seems to have stepped right out of the future or a manga.
Reload Land brings visions to the streets
The Reload Land Festival positions itself as a hub for the future of urban mobility. It goes beyond merely focusing on technology, encompassing attitude, design, and how we envision transportation in the future. Through exhibits, test rides, discussions, and innovative concept bikes like the Ichiban, it becomes evident that electric mobility transcends concerns about range and charging duration; it represents a cultural statement.

Guy Salens – THE PACK: “I am thrilled that THE PACK ‘Electric Motorcycle News’ once again serves as a media sponsor for the Reload Land Festival in Berlin, marking our third time in this capacity. From the festival’s beginning, we have maintained a solid partnership with the organizer, Maximilian Funk, and his team. This event presents a wonderful opportunity to discover a variety of light electric vehicles all in one place, as we like to do in our THE PACK Plaza’s.”
The Ichiban remains a concept bike for now, yet it compellingly showcases the potential path forward. It’s not subdued or gentle, but rather daring, lively, and entirely electric without compromise.
