The Milan Motor Show of 2023 features the Chinese company Kove, which was founded in 2017. At their booth, they showcased their new ICE motocross range for 2024 and also unveil an all-electric motocross bike, named E-MX. Not only does this bike have a battery with a 270 km range capacity, but it shares some of its dimensions with its petrol-powered counterparts: seat height is 960 mm, wheelbase length is 1490 mm. However, the electric motorcycle is longer (2178 mm vs 2168 mm) and wider (810 mm vs 805 mm).
The E-MX is powered by a powerful 60 kW motor, delivering up to 260 Nm of torque, and runs on a 96V and 60 Ah lithium-ion battery. The charging times can range from 1 to 4 hours (depending on the type of charger).
