LiveWire wants your opinion on these new designs

We’ve been tracking senior designer John McInnis for a few years now (you might recall he also designed the DTRe Stella for Trevor Motorcycles!). John shares, “Our new prototypes are ready, and I’m excited to reveal the work I’ve been doing with the LiveWire team. They’re fun, electric, and just the beginning!”

You’re seeing a new electric platform currently in development. These bikes are equivalent to 125cc models, available in both trail and street versions. LiveWire is eager to showcase their progress and welcomes your feedback on colors, accessories, or any other features you’d like to see in this lineup.

The platform runs on two removable batteries that can either be recharged or swapped out. Both models boast seat heights of nearly 30 inches. Initial tests indicate they can accelerate from 0 to 30 mph in about 3 seconds, reach a top speed of approximately 53 mph, and have a range of roughly 100 miles.

The trail model is designed for backyard rides, pump tracks, or outings on ranches or campgrounds. The street model suits urban errands, new riders, mini-moto enthusiasts, and anyone interested in a customizable and user-friendly electric motorcycle experience.

These prototypes were showcased at Harley-Davidson’s Homecoming Celebration at the H-D Museum in Milwaukee, and LiveWire is inviting the community to provide feedback on design, accessories, comfort, and potential uses. Share your thoughts at LiveWire on LinkedIn >
