e-Schwalbe Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH debuted the ‘updated’ eSchwalbe moped (45 km/h) last week during a dealer convention at the Estrel Hotel in Berlin. Robert Klein, Chief Business Development Officer, aimed to establish a large network of dealers around Germany with a goal of 100 sales locations.
“The Dealer Convention is an important step in creating a reliable dealer network all across Germany,” Dirk Steeger, Managing Director of e-Schwalbe Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, said in regards to the event. “Our ambition of providing sustainable mobility options in the country can only be fulfilled with strong partners. We have this and now we can make the eSchwalbe soar.”
This was followed up with an open-air concert in which e-Schwalbe Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH served as the main sponsor, where 79 representatives from 31 motorcycle and car dealership groups were in attendance.

The In-Hub 3 Phase Motor Drive Unit 48V located directly in the wheel of the eSchwalbe allows for rapid acceleration and a nice driving experience. And don’t worry about braking; you’re covered with disc brakes at the front and rear that ensure maximum stability, even during emergency stops. This vehicle is equipped with LED lights on both ends, bringing a unique sense of style to its distinctive design. The lithium ion batteries give it a range of up to 50 km with one battery or 100km with two, and they’re easy to transport if you choose to charge them from a charging station or at home using the eSchwalbe Home Charger.
The RRP for the new eSchwalbe is €7,999.
