EMN is very excited to see what’s happening at Lightning Motorcycles these days. After a radio silence, Lightning moved into their new corporate headquarters at San Jose (California) to support increased LS-218 Superbike production.
Today they announced a second model to be unveiled in March 2019: Strike. Lightning teases us with some impressive specifications as you can read here. But when they say “Designed to shock the industry in every dimension”, their price setting of nearly $ 13,000 (in the USA) is really shocking for this kind of bike. At the moment we don’t know if they are interested in the European market.
“Announcements of new Lightning products will begin in early 2019”, says Matt Schulwitz, Vice President of Communications at Lightning. We are curious!
