Zero Motorcycles has just rolled out an exciting new pilot program that could redefine the way riders buy electric motorbikes: an exclusive ‘Click & Collect’ shopping experience, now available only in the Netherlands.
This innovative initiative allows Dutch customers to browse and purchase the entire range of Zero Motorcycles and accessories online through the brand’s official webshop. After completing their purchase, customers simply pick up their order at a participating local Zero dealer, where they also benefit from the same trusted, expert service the brand is known for. It’s a European first for Zero Motorcycles, and the Netherlands is the very first region to put it to the test.
The best of both worlds: digital convenience meets dealer expertise
The new Click & Collect model reflects a growing demand for seamless digital shopping combined with personal, professional service, and Zero is aiming to strike exactly that balance. Whether customers are eyeing a brand-new electric motorcycle or stocking up on riding gear, the entire process can now begin online and conclude at a nearby dealership.
What’s more, the traditional method of purchasing in-store at a dealer remains available for those who prefer the face-to-face experience from the start.
Key highlights of the Pilot Program:
- Shop online, ride away local: motorcycles and accessories can be ordered directly from the online shop.
- Personalized pickup experience: customers collect their online purchases from an authorized Zero dealer, who provides expert advice and support.
- Dutch exclusive: this is Zero’s first Click & Collect experiment, and for now, it’s available only in the Netherlands.
