Bultaco returns as a brand with the Micro Sherpa electric trial bike for kids

The legendary Spanish marque Bultaco (Spain) is back in the spotlight with the launch of the Micro Sherpa, a Spanish-built electric trial bike aimed at young beginners. The project arrives under the official brand license and is produced by Pandora S.A., part of the Pandora Future Group.

A historic name reborn for a new generation

Although Bultaco is not returning as a manufacturer in the traditional sense, its iconic name is officially being revived. Pandora Bultaco S.A., a company within the Pandora Future Group, will produce a new generation of electric children’s trial bikes designed to recapture the sporty, family-oriented spirit that defined the brand created by Don Paco Bultó.

Introducing the Micro Sherpa

The first model of this new era, the Micro Sherpa, targets children aged 2 to 6 and is designed and manufactured entirely in Spain. Built with high-quality components, the bike carries full CE certification, meeting the standards required for sale across European markets.

A classic philosophy with a forward-looking approach

Pandora Bultaco S.A. states that the project was born with the intention of preserving the brand’s foundational values:

Micro Sherpa: building skills from day one

The Micro Sherpa is designed as a training tool for young riders, helping them learn essential riding skills such as body position, throttle and brake control, inertia management, and dynamic balance. The brand also highlights its family-friendly purpose:

That closing line hints clearly at future Bultaco-branded models aimed at additional age groups and riding levels.
