The electric motorbike industry is growing fast, and so is the need for the right people behind the products.

From engineering and R&D to sales, marketing and operations, electric motorbike manufacturers are currently facing a common challenge: finding talent that truly understands this young, fast-moving sector.

To support the industry beyond products, technology and business news, THE PACK is launching a new category: Staff Recruitment.

This new section allows electric motorbike manufacturers to publish their open positions directly on THE PACK, reaching a highly targeted audience of professionals, engineers and decision-makers who actively follow the electric motorcycle ecosystem.

 

Rather than acting as a generic job board, THE PACK’s recruitment category is designed as a curated, industry-focused space, where job offers are presented in an editorial environment, alongside B2B news, company updates and market insights.

To amplify visibility, selected job postings will also be shared through THE PACK’s social media networks, including LinkedIn, where the electric mobility and automotive community is already highly active.

Pilot phase

This recruitment category is launched as a pilot initiative, limited to electric motorbike manufacturers.

During this phase, companies can publish their vacancies under the same conditions as a sponsored press release, making it easy to test visibility, engagement and candidate reach.
