Source: press release BRP | The 2025 Can-Am Pulse and Can-Am Origin all-electric motorcycles are now available for pre-order, as announced by Can-Am.
2025 Can-Am Pulse
The Can-Am Pulse is designed to fit seamlessly into the fast-paced lifestyle of city living. This naked motorcycle is perfect for smart commuters and urban adventurers, boasting a large 10.25-inch touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay for easy navigation and connectivity through the BRP GO! App. It also features an innovative Active ReGen system that not only allows for smoother deceleration and enhanced control, but also returns more power back to the battery.
With a low center of gravity and ride height, the Can-Am Pulse offers a balanced and comfortable riding position that maximizes agility in urban environments. Four different riding modes – Normal, Sport+, ECO, and Rain – cater to various terrains and rider preferences, while the KYB suspension with 140mm of travel keeps the bike grounded with a sporty feel. For those looking to add a touch of nostalgia, the “Pulse 73” trim pays tribute to Can-Am’s history in motorcycling with LED lighting, a LinQ gauge spoiler, and signature paint and badging.
2025 Can-Am Origin
The Can-Am Origin is designed for those who crave adventure beyond city limits. It shares the same advanced Active ReGen and connective technology as the Pulse, but with a rugged touch of Can-Am DNA and motocross heritage. Its enhanced suspension and dual sport tires make it ready for any terrain. The addition of an Off-Road riding mode provides even more versatility, while its high ground clearance and adjustable KYB suspension (with 255mm of travel in front) instill confidence off the beaten path and provide a smooth ride on paved roads. Six riding modes are available: Normal, Sport, ECO, Rain, Off-Road, and Off-Road+.
In short, the adventurous Can-Am Origin delivers excitement both on the street and on the trail with its modern multi-terrain capabilities. For an added touch of style and functionality, the optional “Origin 73” trim includes features such as LED lighting, a LinQ windscreen, and signature paint and badging.
The Can-Am Pulse and Origin models both come equipped with an 8.9 kWh battery that has been tested in extreme conditions, including intense desert heat and freezing winter temperatures. This powerful system allows the Can-Am Pulse to travel up to an estimated 160 km (100 miles) on city roads, while the Can-Am Origin can cover up to 145 km (90 miles) on a single charge.
Designed for riders of all levels, the Can-Am Pulse and Origin prioritize ease of use and a smooth riding experience. With no clutch or transmission system to worry about, riders can simply twist the throttle and feel immediate acceleration and a premium ride. Plus, there’s no need to maneuver the bike backward into position with the convenient reverse function on both models. Riders will also love the quiet, vibration-free ride as well as the precise power delivery, even in challenging low-speed scenarios.
The Can-Am Pulse and Origin models offer over 20 LinQ Nano tool-free accessories that are compatible with each other. This allows for a customizable ride experience with multiple configurations to choose from, tailored to individual preferences.
