In July 2021 THE PACK published DAB Motors 1st vision of future mobility. DAB Motors is a French motorcycle manufacturer based in Bayonne and is responding to riders who are looking for something new.

Today the company presents a collab with Burberry: the “Concept-E RS Burberry edition”, created out of a shared desire to think the motorcycle as a fashion accessory. DAB Motors wants to prove that boundaries can be pushed by working with one of the world’s leading names in the luxury industry. A fusion between luxury and sustainability came true. The Concept-E RS Burberry edition is a high-tech tool, designed, engineered and built entirely at DAB Motors’ factory in Bayonne.

I created DAB Motors through a fashion and design enthusiast vision, I wanted to present the motorcycle as a true fashionable device capable of generating desire and expressing identity.”

The motorcycle is available in two standard colour ways (midnight blue and metallic grey) and features bespoke some Burberry corporate bodywork, a leather seat and handlebar grips embossed with the TB monogram and customised rims. Thanks to the DAB Motors bespoke DNA, the bike can fully be customised to the user’s wishes.

Finally luxury is about craftsman, something all luxury houses pride themselves on. DAB Motors creates a bespoke approach to its craft in the industry through an atelier approach to the product experience providing very real consideration in the design and construction.”

This Burberry edition uses a Beringer braking system, and Öhlins custom suspension, both of which are references in their field. Equipped with a 10kW motor and 51.8V Li-ion battery, the legal equivalent to a 125cc is easily driven after a few hours of training.

Made in only 20 units, the Concept-E RS Burberry edition are displayed in Burberry’s most iconic flagship stores around the world – Dubai, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, Milan, and of course London. Concept-E RS Burberry edition is available on Burberry and DAB Motors websites at €29,900 including VAT.
