HORWIN Europe GmbH is an import-oriented company, located in the heart of Europe (Austria). But HORWIN Europe presents two newly developed motorcycles for the first time – the HORWIN CR6 and the HORWIN CR6 PRO. These electric light motorcycles (L3e class / 125 cc) have a newly interpreted retro look. The abbreviation “CR” stands for the newly interpreted look of the iconic Cafe Racer motorcycles from the 1960s.
“HORWIN will play a key role in e-mobility in the future,” says Hanspeter Heinzl, spokesman for HORWIN Europe. The starting signal for this begins on the world’s largest motorcycle fair EICMA. It will take place in Milan from 5 to 10 November 2019.
Horwin: innovation with 5-speed gearbox
“The PRO version of the two-seater has a 5-speed gearbox for sportive driving. This increases the fun factor,” says Heinzl. Also unique: HORWIN Europe develops its products specifically for the European market. They therefore differ in size, strength, appearance, quality, technology and driving safety strongly from those much smaller vehicles, which are designed for the Chinese market and imported unchanged to Europe.
“Many Chinese brands are pushing their products more and more into the European market,” explains Hanspeter Heinzl: “But they are not paying any attention to the fact that a completely different quality standard is required in Europe.”
Horwin: up to 150 kilometers range
The range of the HORWIN CR6 and the HORWIN CR6 PRO is 150 km at 45 km/h average speed (due to the fixed installed and armored battery pack). The integrated power charger fills the battery (fully charged) within three hours to 80% (CR6 PRO) or 100% (CR6) at every normal power outlet!
