Lizcat GmbH, a startup company located in Switzerland, has developed an innovative conversion kit that can turn traditional ICE motocross motorbikes into fully electric models. As we are all familiar with Fantic, it’s important to note that this electric enduro is not a new model from Fantic S.P.A. Rather, it is the result of a collaboration between Fantic Netherlands and Lizcat.
The Dutch team has adapted the Lizcat powertrain for electric enduro riders, using the Fantic XEF platform. They offer two models: the XE1 4.0 and XE1 5.0 with liquid cooling.
The XE1 comes in two versions: the air-cooled version has a 4.0 kW battery and delivers 40 horsepower with 720 Nm torque, providing an enduro experience for 3.5 to 4.5 hours. It is priced at €16,998 on license plate. The water-cooled version boasts a 5.0 kW battery, 52 horsepower, and 820 Nm torque, giving riders a longer enduro ride of 4.5 to 5.5 hours. This version is priced at €18,998 on license plate.
