Mototerapia: therapy on two wheels arrives in Belgium
Bringing together innovation, compassion, and electric mobility, Mototerapia is set to launch in Belgium. The initiative offers hospital patients and socially vulnerable individuals a unique therapeutic experience: riding on an electric motorbike through hospital corridors, safely, silently, and without emissions.
Originally founded in Italy (with Vanni Odera) and Spain (with Antonio Navas), Mototerapia has gained international recognition for its remarkable combination of joy and healing. Scientific studies and countless personal stories have demonstrated its positive therapeutic effects, from boosting mood and confidence to reducing stress and isolation.

The Belgian launch is being driven by social worker Zeger, also known as “Ziggy”, one of THE PACK’s off-road test riders. Supported by motocross legends Stefan and Liam Everts, as well as Motorsport Vlaanderen, Mototerapia Belgium aims to bring moments of excitement and relief to those facing difficult circumstances.
“When you see the smiles, when a child or adult forgets their pain for even a few minutes, you realize what this project truly means,” says Zeger. “It’s therapy, but it’s also pure joy.”
A crowdfunding campaign will be launched soon to support the project’s first hospital visits and training sessions.
