Belgian electric dirt bike manufacturer Trevor Motorcycles started its promotion tour in France with ElektraFuture 2.0 and Wheels & Waves. A risky business because of Covid-19 and the sad news that Wheels and Waves 2021 Edition 10th (Biarritz) has been abruptly and belatedly prohibited. The WW Family TRAINING CAMP DAY was carried out under very strict rules in terms of gauge (very very limited) and in accordance with current legal health measures.
Philippe Stella and Jeroen-Vincent Nagels, both offroad & dirt track lovers, first left for ElektraFuture 2.0. ElektraFuture is a Motocross race and a Zero Emission exhibition in the centre of Saint-Tropez. 32 pilots selected for the races divided into two series of 16. Direct elimination in one to one races, a podium of 3 finalists per series, a podium of 3 for the super final. Trevor Motorcycles had a great booth to show their DTRe Stella to the public. Great fun in the town with Zooz Bikes during La Copita Race. Life can be simple …
Next on the agenda was Wheels and Waves “El Rollo”, a dirt track experience with 100 pilots from all over the world an the DEUS Swank Rally. Jeroen-Vincent: “We had to drag these guys from DEUS from our bikes, we saw some crazy shit … Our Trevors were lined up and competed against their gas-fueled friends with flat track legend and champion Wilfried Delestre.”
The DTRe STELLA can be reserved in an off-road version or in a street-legal version on the website www.trevormotorcycles.com. The off-road version costs € 12,995 including VAT. The legal version (with all the lights and bells), costs € 14,495 including VAT.
