To celebrate the arrival of 2022 demo models in its growing dealer network, Zero Motorcycles is organising a regional demo weekend on June 11 and 12 to give Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg motorcyclists the chance to experience electric motorcycle driving.
During the Dealer Demo Weekend Benelux, all authorized dealers of the American brand will make their MY22 demonstration models available, both for potential customers and for curious motorcyclists who would like to try out electric motorcycling.
About the Dealer Demo Weekend Benelux, Erik Huisinga, Benelux Country Manager of Zero Motorcycles, says: “Demos and experiential events are an important part of what we do, so we are happy to support our dealers in organising this Dealer Demo Weekend Benelux. Electric motorcycles have to be experienced to be believed. People will not buy an electric motorcycle until they have seen one in action. And so it’s important to give everyone a chance to get a taste of it. These events are designed to introduce electric motorcycles to as many riders as possible, to give them an idea of what our products are all about and help them decide if they’re ready to make the switch. This way you immediately understand what our engines are all about and what sensations they provide.”
The models available during the Dealer Demo Weekend Benelux include the top of the line Zero SR/S, the updated Zero SR and the lightweight supermoto Zero FXE. The FXE also exists in a version limited to 11 kW – just like the Zero S and Zero DS. For example, motorcyclists with an A1 driving license or riders with only a B driving license (only in Belgium under certain conditions) can experience electric motorcycling. The available models vary from dealer to dealer. To be sure, Zero Motorcycles Benelux recommends contacting their local Zero dealer to confirm opening times and pre-book a seat. Although there are of course also options based on the ‘first come, first served’ principle.
